Flipping the Switch on LED Bonus Rebates
From July 1 through December 31, 2025, participating Bright Energy Solutions utilities are offering a limited-time LED Bonus Rebate for qualifying commercial and industrial lighting upgrades. This special offer provides up to $1,000 in bonus incentives — on top of standard rebates — for installing DLC-qualified LED fixtures and lamps.

- Open to all commercial/industrial electric customers whose utility participates in the Bright Energy Solutions Programs
- All qualifying lighting retrofits to LED are eligible
- Equipment installed must be DLC-qualified
- Equipment must be purchased and installed during program dates 7/1/25-12/31/25
- Equipment invoice must include order or purchase date, quantity of equipment purchased, equipment cost, make and model of equipment and labor charges
- Double the incentive for DLC-qualified LEDs with a maximum BONUS of $1,000 per customer. Bonus is over and above the standard rebate. Once the bonus cap is reached standard rebates apply.
- LED Lamp 2-pin or 4-pin base goes from $5 to $10
- LED ENERGY STAR downlight fixture or retrofit kit goes from $4 to $8
- 4-foot LED incentive goes from $4 to $8
- 8-foot LED incentive goes from $5 to $10
- Custom lighting retrofit incentive: $350/kW saved goes to $700/kW saved for non-prescriptive lighting retrofits
- Refrigerated Case Lighting
- $25/door vertical lighting goes to $50
- $30/door vertical lighting (DLC Premium) goes to $60
- $3/lamp foot horizontal lighting goes to $6
- $4/lamp foot horizontal lighting (DLC Premium) goes to $8
- $100 per project
- Contractor is defined as a licensed electrician
- For the project to qualify for a contractor installation incentive, the customer must qualify for an incentive of $250 or more and show itemized labor costs on the project invoice
- One contractor incentive per project location
- Installation labor charges need to be clearly marked on the invoice
- Contractor or customer needs to complete the Commercial Lighting Retrofit Application that will be available on 7/1/25
