Heating and cooling your home uses more energy than any other system in your home--about 46 percent of your utility bill goes toward heating and cooling. The Bright Energy Solutions® Residential Heating and Cooling Program offers cash rebates to customers who purchase and install qualified energy efficient central air conditioning units, air-source heat pumps, and ground-source heat pumps in their homes.
